forum updates and suggest sections!

- Changed some forum sections.
- Kevin is cleaning out the forums.
- Kevin promoted too Admin on the forums.


Suggest sections that should be added too the forums!

okay, iv got some... not sure if there needed but..

Introductions/Goodbyes; We can get to to know everyone in the server and on forums
Suggestion Section; For suggestions obviously
Events; Keep us up to date on the latest events
Clan section; for future clans when the server is advertised again.
That's all i can think of atm.
