[11.4.11] Server advertising.

Server advertising has now stoped, Anyone who plays now will be the only people who play. We won't start advertising until Next year, i plan too start advertising January 1st 2012. I will be putting alot of work into the server in the next 2 months. Too make it more stable. Make it more enjoyable. Hope you understand,
